Southern Boys is a bluesy musical that explores

the complex life of the emancipated slaves

who became sharecroppers during the

Reconstruction Era. One young sharecropper

has hopes of a life that is beyond the fields.

He convinces others to take a chance and

leave the the black codes of

Mississippi Delta behind.

 

This musical is 90 minutes long
