A young black man battles prison time, the system, and his demons after he is accused for a crime he didn’t commit.
THIS PLAY IS 17 MINUTES LONG AND WILL BE PRESENTED IN THE SAME NIGHT/SHOW SLOT TOGETHER WITH ANOTHER 4 SHORT PLAYS. TOTAL RUNNING TIME OF ALL PLAYS TOGETHER = 60 MINUTES
Playwright’s Bio.
>Ken is a Brooklyn based playwright, actor, musician, and visual artist. In 2017 he produced “Carnival Games” which won best actress at the Hudson Guild Theater. He also stars in a short film, “Streetside Flower”, which won Best New Vision in the 2020 Detroit Black Film Festival, for which he was also awarded Best Actor. Ken believes it’s art’s duty to move us, to make us think and feel in ways our other senses have failed us.
