An elderly woman has leased her land to a young hipster woman to take over and farm her own crop – which the assumption is will be peaches. The young hipster woman has a different idea – clearly the mango is a better fruit. But, when the local canning factory throws a hat in at buying up the crops when they come in – which is truly the better fruit?
THE PLAY IS 10 MINUTES LONG AND WILL BE PRESENTED WITH 4 OTHER PLAYS IN THE SAME NIGHT/SHOW
Playwright’s Bio.
Emma is a Minnesotan expatriate whom now resides in Brooklyn, NY where she works in the film/television industry. She normally writes screenplays, and one of her features landed in the top 20% of the 2018 Nicholls Fellowship. She also recently wrapped her first short film, where she Executive Produced,
Directed, and wrote.
