Blurb
A normal day like every day of a restaurant in Chinatown, three characters of two generations are talking and doing the most basic things: young waitress Amy being late and asking for a Saturday off; Chan and Li, the owners are arguing about Chan’s marriage status, but after Chan told her love story, a fortune cookie’s note become the clue of her mind.

Bio.
Ziyan Yang will receive his MFA in Musical Theatre Writing from NYU Tisch in 2023 Summer. He held a BFA in composition from Yunnan Arts University and China Conservatory of Music. Originally from Yunnan China, inspired by all kinds of charming arts of the world, Ziyan always tries to be a comprehensive artist.
