Blurb
Unsung Morning is a contemporary, Latinx, mosaic memory play written in observance of a mother and daughter, Alicia and Maria, over the course of many years. Burdened by her mother’s mental health struggles, Maria takes on a mother role and the audience gains insight into the ramifications of generational trauma in an American Latinx household.

THIS IS A ONE ACT PLAY THAT WILL BE PERFORMED WITH ANOTHER ONE ACT WITHIN A 90 MINUTE TIME SPAN
Bio.
Stacey Manos (she/her) is a poet, playwright, and theatre artist from Redondo Beach, CA. She has eleven poetry publications and produced two original plays in collaboration with Latinx theatre company, Brown Bag Theatre Co. With undergraduate degrees in Drama and Psychology and Social Behavior, she is currently pursuing her M.A. in Performance Studies at NYU.
