Blurb
A residential treatment facility somewhere in the Northeast US—reputable, unnamed. The eating disorder unit. In a tight-knit and fragile environment, 7 girls navigate their recovery the only way they know how: together. As shifts in the community shake up their worlds, each girl has to unravel the complex relationships they have with one another, and, more importantly, with themselves.

Bio.
Sophie Simons is a queer playwright based in Manhattan. She is a senior at Barnard College of Columbia University, where she studies English (American Literature) and Theatre (Design). She is the recipient of the Helen J. Prince Memorial Award and the Dasha Epstein Fellowship, for which she will spend the summer developing work at New York Stage and Film’s summer session.
