Blurb
Where do you go when your homeland’s law doesn’t protect your right to choose, and can’t prevent an announced abuse? The Suppliants who ask for asylum must prove to the City that they have sufficient reasons to stay there, otherwise, they will be sent back. An international cast of women will bring on the scenes a struggle that was real in 400 BC and is still prevailing today.

Bio.
Lucia Sapienza is an Italian eclectic artist, actor, professional performer, and storyteller whose passion brought her to New York where she graduated from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. Among her talents, she is a professional pianist and singer, and she studied ballet and musical style dance. Recently she debuted as a composer for theatre with the show Emilia directed by Loanna Katsarou.
