This play is a 75-minute contortion of Shakespeare’s masterpiece treated as a comedy that
doesn’t know it’s a tragedy. Drag queens, Elizabethan courtiers who croon rockabilly songs, a
Mechanical Man keeping time, a dominatrix performing surgery… what’s it all mean? The
director has no idea, the actors have lost their place, the writer expects the plot to be clear. Or
not to be. What will your experience be? That is the question.
PLAY IS 75 MINUTES LONG
