In the late 1980s, as variety television fades from popularity, Dylan and Bella fight to revive the genre with a show that blends U.S. and Mexican pop culture through dancing, sketches, and songs. But behind the bright lights, the female staff are mistreated under a toxic producer’s control. As the show’s success grows, Grace must decide whether to stay silent or risk everything to speak out.
