The play centers on SJ– an incoming high school freshman. After her annual physical exam, she develops a distorted body image. SJ struggles to quiet the cruel voice inside her head– which manifests as her imaginary friend, Eliza. This is a dark comedy about inner critics, body dysmorphia, and friendship.
