Chuck and Mary are having a movie night with friends. Little do their guests know that Chuck is about to show them the greatest film of all time: The Country Bears.
THIS PLAY IS 15 MINUTES LONG AND WILL BE PRESENTED IN THE SAME NIGHT/SHOW SLOT TOGETHER WITH ANOTHER 4 SHORT PLAYS. TOTAL RUNNING TIME OF ALL PLAYS TOGETHER = 60 MINUTES
Playwright’s Bio.
Lauren Dietzel and Laura Browne (from Pasadena, CA and Eastchester, NY respectively) met at Hofstra University in the fall of 2015 writing for a live sketch comedy show. After graduation, the two created the duo “Thanks, Mom! Comedy” and proceeded to write several shows that were cancelled by COVID-19. But now these ladies are back and funnier than ever! Thanks for the second chance, universe!
