Bio.
Carmen Davis Hall is a licensed cosmetologist, a playwright, soon to be author. She has written 6 stage productions that were only performed on her local community. She is a mother of one, a wife and a grandmother. Also she serves as an Elder in her local church. She is a ghostwriter for a Throneroom Publication. She attended WVU a theater band pre speech major.
