BIOGRAPHY:
Sascha Henryk is a proud queer actor, singer and dancer based in New York City. Born with a strong passion for the stage, she left her small hometown of Adelaide, Australia to dive headfirst into the world's epicentre of theatre. With over 16 years of training in ballet, jazz, theatre dance, tap, acting and voice, Sascha is a graduate of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA) NY Conservatory and previously attended the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts. Most recently, Sascha was the swing for the Off-Off-Broadway production of new play “NEGLECT” by Ry Armstrong.
Her Australian credits include Amber Von Tussle in ‘Hairspray’ and the South Australian premiere of ‘Bring it On: The Musical’ which won the Adelaide Theatre Guide award for Best Musical in 2017. Sascha has also toured various variety shows and parades internationally, including Hong Kong Disney, Euro Disney (Paris), Walt Disney World Orlando and Universal Studios Orlando.
