BIOGRAPHY:
Peter Levine is an actor and playwright living and working in New York. Most recently he appeared as Max Gelman in Apple, Table, Penny, a play he wrote, that was the featured presentation of Emerging Artists New Works Series. He also appeared as Len in In the Car With Blossom and Len both at Centenary Stage and the Queens Theater and as the lead, Ben Levitts, in Murmurs and Incantations at the 2018 New York’s International Fringe Festival(best play). Other New York credits include The Madwoman of Chaillot(with Anne Jackson, Alvin Epstein, Kim Hunter),The Power of Darkness, The Front Page, Evening All Afternoon, Broadway Bound, Nude With Violin and The Private Life of the Master Race. Regional credits include The Sunshine Boys, Cheaper By the Dozen, Jewtopia, Art, Angels in America, Indians, and Inherit the Wind. Emerging Artists Theatre has produced two of his plays, The Kitchen Table and The Gipper.

EDUCATION / TRAINING:
I completed a two-year Meisner-based program with William Esper. At the Actors Center, I studied with Earle Gister, Lloyd Richards, Joanna Merlin, Chris Bayes and Todd Thaler
