BIOGRAPHY:
Larry Reina (Michael in "And We Danced", Fall/Winter 2025-2026 Festival) last appeared at the NY Theater Festival in the December 2023 production of The Pause, by Alex Story. He also has had the good fortune of working with Brian Leahy Doyle in his short play, Maybe Tomorrow, a prequel to And We Danced, in September 2024 at the Aery Theater Co.’s short play festival. Recent appearances in NYC include the Bishop of Winchester in Henry VI Parts 1 and 2 (Atlas Shakespeare), Old Man in Fool for Love (JAM Productions), and Buckingham in an immersive version of Richard III (Red Monkey Theater Group). He has been fortunate to play many diverse roles in classical, contemporary and musical theater in NYC and in the NY metro region, including as King Lear, Claudius in Hamlet, Botard/Proprietor in Rhinoceros, Tuzenbakh in The Three Sisters, Bottom in Midsummer Night’s Dream, and Malvolio in Twelfth Night, Arthur in Camelot, Frederic in A Little Night Music, Harold Hill in The Music Man, and Alan in God of Carnage.
