BIOGRAPHY:
Jamey Miller is a New York-based director, producer, and tapas server. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Boston University's Film and Television department in 2020. He was inducted to BU's most prestigious alumni group, the Scarlet Key Honor Society, for his commitment to both the Film and Television department and his own directorial work in BU's student-run theater group, BU On Broadway. After graduating, Jamey began his professional journey in the tumultuous post-pandemic entertainment industry as an assistant in the Talent Department at Agency for the Performing Arts in Los Angeles, CA. He moved back east to NYC in 2022 where he worked as assistant to Patrick Herold, Head of Theater at ICM Partners. He is now returning to directing after a three-year, COVID-induced hiatus. Past directorial credits include HEATHERS (Boston University), PIPPIN (Boston University) and most recently his off-Broadway directorial debut: WAITING FOR WICKED (Soho Playhouse).
