BIOGRAPHY:
Jackson Bernreuter is a curious and hardworking actor and runner. He grew up in Phoenix, Arizona attending Childsplay Theatre's summer academy, where he would go on to become an assistant teaching artist and direct A Midsummer Night's Dream. Jackson attended Vassar so that he could pursue theatre, physics, and cross country/track and field at the same time, leading to some very busy semesters. Favorite roles include The Student in Ghost Sonata (Vassar), Macduff in Macbeth (LAMDA), and Mad Hatter in Alice (Interlochen Arts Camp). Jackson is currently working toward his MFA in Acting at LAMDA. In his work, Jackson puts emphasis on the quality of interactions with the creative people around him so that each project becomes a labor of love.
