BIOGRAPHY:
Born in Rockwall, TX, but escaped to New York City. As a neurodivergent, queer writer performer producer, her work explores the intersection of humor, raw vulnerability, and sharp critique of femme societal norms. She specializes in “traumedy,” a blend of comedy and drama that examines the chaos of living in a body and mind that defy expectations. Her plays often unfold in sensory driven environments that mirror the overstimulation and emotional intensity she experiences in the world. At the core of her work is an exploration of intimacy, identity, and body politics, inviting audiences to confront difficult truths, experience catharsis, and engage with theater that pushes boundaries while retaining a salty sweet smartassery.
Her Off Broadway debut, A Real Bitch, an ensemble comedy about a bachelorette party turned existential femme identity crisis, premiered at the Hudson Guild Theatre in 2019 after finalist recognition at SheNYC LA and the METLab Festival. She followed with I Can Mansplain, a two person drama with music, at the Triad Theatre in 2020. Recent works include May and June (Ojai Playwrights Conference Finalist 2023, SheNYC LA and SheDFW Summer Fest Finalist, Re Venue Festival 2025), Privates (SheNYC LA Finalist 2024 and 2025, Breaking and Entering Reading Series Award Finalist 2025), and HALZ: A Musical Traumedy (SheNYC LA Finalist 2024, Theatre 68 Workshop 2023, Moxie Theatre Reading Series Musical Finalist 2024), and Just LITTLE WOMEN (Sour Grapes Prod)
