BIOGRAPHY:
Glory Kadigan (Director) is an accomplished director with a strong presence in both U.S. and international theater. Her credits include the Helen Hayes-nominated Vivian’s Music 1969 at 59E59, following a successful Edinburgh Fringe run and transfer to Washington, D.C. She has directed multiple premieres including The Weak and the Strong and Clover by Erik Ehn at La MaMa, Breaking Philip Glass and St. Anne’s Soup by Israel Horovitz, and Over the River and Through the Woods by Neil LaBute at Signature Theatre, featuring Estelle Parsons and Celia Keenan-Bolger. Other notable projects include Bank by Lucy Thurber, Pregnitude by Lucy Boyle, Evening with Family by Václav Havel, Oil by Marco Calvani, and Two Rooms by Lee Blessing. Kadigan is a Lincoln Center Directors Lab alum and has trained with La MaMa’s Symposium and The Labyrinth Theater’s Master Class. Her work has also been seen at Classic Stage Company, NY Theatre Workshop, HERE, and The Kirk at Theatre Row. She received the Kennedy Center's Meritorious Achievement Award in Direction and is a proud member of the Actors Studio (PDW).
