BIOGRAPHY:
Christine Hauer is an actress, comedian, writer, and producer. She acts in film and TV, playing the lead in "The Passion of Joan," short films "Hex & Rage" and "Something Happy," and a supporting role in the History Channel's "American Ripper" series as well as stage roles in productions of "Richard III" and "Circle Mirror Transformation." Within her production house, Luck & Luster, Christine wrote, produced, and starred in the musical "A Christine Carol," trademarking a new medium called Playfilm™️ currently in production within the New York Theater Festival 2023. Christine is singer/songwriter for rock n' roll band, CAKE TOWER, last seen at Whisky a Go Go in Los Angeles. A filmmaker and writer, Christine has written and produced short films and performs in long form and improv/sketch teams in Los Angeles and New York City. She is a graduate of famed improv school, The Groundlings, as well as Tim Robbins' The Actors' Gang within the study of Commedia dell'Arte. With a background in Stanislavski and Strasberg as well as Meisner and Grotowski movement work, Christine prides herself on being a multifaceted artist with a passionate drive to explore the prism of humanity. Christine has a masters in international business, a poetry book she wrote, designed, and illustrated currently for sale on Amazon, is a former Ford model, passed the USC SCA Directing & Producing Intensive with The Walt Disney Studios, and is developing a new musical she wrote about Venus, the Goddess of Love.
