It is 1927 in Chicago, Illinois, when a young woman, Meredith, finds herself pregnant as a result of an affair with her boss. Scared, alone, confused, and distraught, she comes across a speakeasy, where she considers an illegal abortion.

Bio.
Frankie Eisenhut is a theatrical artist, playwright, performer, and creator. Their work surrounds topics such as abortion rights, LGBTQ experiences, and mental health advocacy. They hold a BA degree in Arts Management and Theatre Performance from SUNY Purchase and are currently pursuing an MFA degree in Theatre at Sarah Lawrence College.
