Blurb
A young interfaith and interracial female gay couple who have recently exchanged vows are experiencing friction in their new marriage. Lyan is an ambitious businesswoman successfully building a small catering business. Coutney is a part-time ESL instructor and writing a book about LGBTQ comedienne icon, Lily Tomlin. Lyan and Courtney seek help from a marriage counselor.
THIS IS A ONE-ACT PRODUCTION THAT WILL BE PERFORMED ALONGSIDE ANOTHER ONE-ACT PRODUCTION WITHIN A 90-MINUTE TIME SPAN

Bio.
Laurence C. Schwartz has been involved in nearly 70 productions in New York. He has directed at The Players Theatre, American Theatre of Actors, The Strawberry One-Act Festival, Emerging Artists, The Gene Frankel Theatre. He has also written for the theatre, most notable “Artaud for Awhile,” which explored the life and work of the French poet Antonin Artaud, whom Mr. Schwartz portrayed.
