A contemporary Romeo and Juliet for the Middle East. An Israeli
surgeon falls hopelessly in love with a Palestinian nurse.. They
fantasize of emigrating, of starting over, of leading more normal lives
away from the Green Line that separates them. Unfortunately, the
nurse’s family is compelling her to marry her cousin who is a
member of a militant Palestinian faction.
