Bio.
Arshia Iqbal is a graduate of Vassar College where she majored in English. For her senior thesis she produced an original play called “Wedding Scraps,” which consisted of a fully Desi cast. She is currently teaching English in NYC and now writes prose, poetry, and plays with an emphasis on Desi identity, American culture and religion.
