Blurb

Sandra and Dale ran a successful and well-renowned restaurant in North Carolina, they have also successfully hidden their love from the public eye. Suddenly, Dale has died and left Sandra to pick up the pieces, she must decide whether to betray Dale’s wishes of outing their love or bury her without the world ever knowing.

THIS SHOW IS 15 MINUTES LONG

THIS IS A SHORT PRODUCTION THAT WILL BE PERFORMED AS PART OF A SERIES OF SHORT PRODUCTIONS, COLLECTIVELY PRESENTED WITHIN A 90 MINUTE SPAN.

Emma Sikes: Writer, Director

Emma Sikes is a writer, standup, and clown for hire based in Brooklyn, NY. This play is an amalgamation of all of the inspiring, stubborn, and hilarious southern women who raised her, it is for and because of them that you now get to enjoy this heaping serving of Roco. Alyssa Bianca* : Little Bit (*denotes AEA)

Alyssa Bianca is an actor and singer based in New York City. She holds an MFA in Performing Arts from the Savannah College of Art and Design. Favorite credits include Sandra in The Play That Goes Wrong, Sophie in Mamma Mia!, and Bea in Something Rotten.

Kathleen O’Neill: Sandra

Kathleen O’Neill is a writer, actor and director in New York City. She began her career in theatre as an actor then added a Master’s degree in directing. Directing credits range from The House of Bernarda Alba and Mrs. Warren’s Profession to the musical Brush Strokes. Writing has been an aspect of her work and her main focus for the past few years. Her company is BOO Arts Productions LLC.

Alyssa Bloom: Darla

Alyssa Bloom is an actor and comedian who recently received her BFA in Acting from the Savannah College of Art and Design. She loves squirrels, rock and roll, and sitting down.
