Bio.
Amber Weissert – Playwright
Amber Weissert is a performer, choreographer, and educator based out of New York City. She was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Amber grew up in the arts and never strayed away. She earned her BFA in Musical Theatre and a minor in Dance Performance from UW-Milwaukee. She has performed professionally in the Midwest, Chicago, and New York. When not on stage, Amber loves to draw cartoons and find the perfect bowl of soup!

Saidie Stone- Echo
Saidie Stone is a New York based actor originally from Santa Cruz, California. She’s been acting since she was nine years old. Selected credits include EURYDICE (Eurydice), JANE EYRE (Adele), CURSE OF THE STARVING CLASS (Emma), THREE SISTERS (Masha), and GIRLS ONLINE (Jenna). She holds a BA in Theater (with a second major in International Studies) from Northwestern University.

Gregory A. Hofmann- Narcissus
Gregory A. Hofmann is proud to be a part of the premiere of Echo for the New York Theatre Festival. You may find Gregory performing the role of Tom Buchanan in the sold-out Off-off-Broadway sensation, Great Gatsby!: The Parody Jukebox Musical, at the PIT Loft in NYC. As always, he is grateful for the support of his family!

Barrett Minks-Ameinias
Barrett is beyond grateful and thrilled to be making his New York theatrical debut. He graduated from Northern Kentucky University in 2023. His credits include Demetrius in “Midsummer Night’s Dream”, Black Stache in “Peter and the Starcatcher,” and Alan Strang in “Equus.” He would like to thank his mom and dad for their endless love and support.

Olivia Francis- Nemesis
Olivia Francis is a recent graduate of SCAD and is so excited to be a part of her first New York production. Her love for Greek Mythology and history has always been a big part of her life and it’s only fitting that she breaks into New York in a production of Echo. She wants to thank her parents and her friends for helping to pay for late night grubhub orders while she’s memorizing lines late at night. Told you it would work!

Zoë Parrish is an NYC-based performer/director, and a graduate of the Institute for American Musical Theatre. She was most recently seen in the reunion concerts of Grand Hotel and High Spirits at 54 Below. Biggest thanks to the Echo team, and her friends and family for their endless love and support. Francesca Savone is a dancer, actor, singer, and choreographer from Detroit, Michigan. Francesca is excited to be making her NYTF debut in Echo! This June, she is also debuting with Ripple Effect Artists in A.I. vs Humanity and with Next Life Theatre Company in Achilles: The Next Iliad. BPA Dance Performance from Oklahoma City University. Valeria Aceves- Featured Ensemble
Valeria Aceves (they/she) is an actor born and raised in Mexico City. Meisner trained at The Neighborhood Playhouse, Valeria has appeared in several productions including The Waiting Room, Ferdinand: The Musical, and Rock of Ages (Wolfie Award, 2024). Recent credits include Next Stop, New York!, Hindsight is 2020 and Why Taylor Swift Is Gay. Ethan Raysor- Featured Ensemble
Ethan Raysor started dancing at 14 while attending an arts school. He joined First State Ballet Theatre post-graduating high-school, and was a member for 7 seasons. He danced many Principal/Soloist roles at FSBT; now Ethan is pursuing film and stage acting. He had his first co-starring role in John Tedeschi’s feature film ‘Beget.’ Ethan recently joined Rising Sun Performance Company.

Eric Blovits- Featured Ensemble/Dance Captain
Eric Blovits is a movement artist and educator from Saline, MI. He studied at Wayne State University, receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance. In his professional career, he has performed and taught in New York, Chicago, Austin, Seoul, and Busan. Eric is currently a Brooklyn-based freelance artist, actively collaborating with Baira MVMNTPHLOSPHY and Kizuna Dance.
