A coming-of-age story for the fanfic generation. ‘Archive of My Own’ explores a young woman’s struggle to reconcile the steamy, highly choreographed love scenes from her fanfiction past with the jarringly messy and unpredictable world of real-life intimacy – through a series of her own authentic, verbatim Glee fanfiction excerpts.

Bio.

Annabel McConnachie is an Australian performer and writer currently based in New York City. She recently graduated from the New School with a BFA in Dramatic Arts (Honors). Her most recent 2024 credits include co-writing and starring as Tamara ‘Phantasmagoria’ at the New School, leading the premiere reading of Herta Müller’s Lowlands and playing Paulina in A Winter’s Tale at the Flea Theater.
