About the life of 1950’s Italian film star, Pier Angeli, best known as the love of James Dean’s life…though she is much more than this. Following her birth and upbringing in WW2 Rome, Angeli deals with constant control, abuse, and fear at making the wrong step in her tragically short life. She must overcome her demons through telling her own story for the first time, and fully embrace her legacy.

Bio.
Rachel Pacelli is a graduate of Cornish College of the Arts with her BFA in Theater (Original Works). Her debut novel, “Spools of Red Twine” was published by Propertius Press, and she was a Broadway Theater Critic for an online publication in NYC.
She’s currently developing a film biopic with a producer, and is interning in Script Development at Michael Mailer Films.
