BIOGRAPHY:
SOPHIA SCHOTT (she/her) is a composer, librettist, and director from Minneapolis, Minnesota. After studying at Grinnell College and the Eugene O'Neill Theater Center, Sophia was awarded the Curd Fellowship to write and produce her own full-length lesbian-underground-bunker musical, I Dig You, performed in December of 2021. She is pursuing her MFA in Musical Theater Writing at NYU Tisch. Her thesis show, Sandra and Vernell Save Albany Street, written with Tia DeShazor, is a semifinalist for the National Music Theater Conference.
