BIOGRAPHY:
Sarah Mercer (Cecil) is thrilled to be a part of GroupSee Theater’s production of The King is Dead, Long Live the King. Sarah is a classically trained actor and singer and is currently studying acting under the tutelage of Patrick Page at the Patrick Page Studio. Her favorite credits include The Contract (NuBox theater), Cymbeline (Stag and Lion Theater), and Go Look (The Barrow Group). As a singer, Sarah has sung in various choirs including New York’s Central City Chorus. She made her Lincoln Center debut in 2023 as a member of the chorus in the NY premiere of Octavia E. Butler’s Parable of the Sower opera.

SPECIAL SKILLS:
Licensed Structural Engineer, scenic artist, performing vocalist: soprano and alto, swimming, horseback riding, riflery, fencing, archery, canoeing, comfortable with animals.
