BIOGRAPHY:
Mikaela is a genderqueer theatre artist who ranges from being a poet, playwright, director and a sound designer. Their second play In The Mix made its New York debut in the New York Theater Festival's 2022 Fall/Winterfest. Mikaela is an activist and dares to create abstract and realist art to bring characters on stage that queer people and people of diverse genders can finally find representation of themselves within.

EDUCATION / TRAINING:
Montclair State University Bachelor's of Arts in Theatre Studies

SPECIAL SKILLS:
Mikaela is a playwright, director, sound designer and occasional performer, to name a few. Their art emphasizes the craft of storytelling and knows no boundaries as they aim to challenge barriers of what theatre is and what it can become!
