BIOGRAPHY:
Born and raised in Alabama as a middle child, Libby Lindsey learned to be a keen listener sitting around the dinner table every Sunday with her parents, siblings, grandparents, and cousins. Before Libby fell in love with acting, she was a ballet dancer that trained in Birmingham, New York, and Moscow, Russia. Ballet is still so much a part of Libby’s soul, and it informs so much of her acting. Her time in Russia may or may not have subconsciously influenced her current passion for all things Chekhov. Libby has an MFA in Acting from the Actors Studio Drama School, a BA in Theatre from Wofford College in South Carolina, and completed the Semester Course in Classical Acting at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. When not acting, you can find Libby fly fishing or attempting to solve all of life’s problems while on long walks.
