BIOGRAPHY:
Kyle Maxwell is an actor and writer currently living in Queens, New York. He was born and raised in Worcester, Massachusetts. He holds an M.F.A. in Acting from the University of Tennessee, and is a proud member of Actors Equity. NYC stage credits include Tom/Berry/Knef in Radium Girls, Warwick in Henry VI III, and Montano in Othello. Regional credits include Lenny in Of Mice and Men, Puck in A Midsummer Nights Dream, Horatio in Hamlet, Campbell/ Arscott in Our Country’s Good, Ghost of Christmas Present in A Christmas Carol, Chiron in Titus Andronicus, and Todd in the world premier of The Open Hand. Screen credits include a featured comedic dance performance on Saturday Night Live. Active in stand-up and improvisational comedy, Kyle studied improv at Improv Boston and UCB NYC. Stand-Up credits include Catch a Rising Star, The Boston Comedy Studio, and the Comedy Connection in Providence, RI. His writing credits include the short film “7 Rising”, as well as freelance articles published in the Worcester Magazine (“Just this side of the frontline”). He has written the plays“Three Decker” and “Love, in a violent year”, as well as two pilots currently seeking development.
