Isabella was born and raised in Lima, Peru. She started her acting training at the age of fifteen and had a Meisner and Stanislavsky based education. She relocated to NYC in 2021 after being admitted to the American Academy of Dramatic Arts where she became a professional actress with prominent GPA. During her years in AADA, she had the opportunity to work with director Sarah Blush in the contemporary comedy/satire: Men on Boats by Jacklyn Backhaus. Recently she had the opportunity to work as a key performer in an HBO show: The Penguin, and in the Netflix show: Zero Day, starring Robert DeNiro. Finally, she is starring in the web series: Hashtag, were two cousins are constantly looking to stand out in NYC. She dedicates her work to her family for the constant support and interest.
EDUCATION / TRAINING:
Isabella is a professional actress from Lima, Peru, trained with multiple techniques. At the age of thirteen, she started her acting training in a Stanislavsky based school named Club de Teatro de Lima. At the age of 22, she discovered the Meisner technique at El Estudio de Leonardo Torres Vilar, Peruvian acting school founded and directed by the outstanding actor Leonardo Torres Vilar, who has lead multiple Peruvian TV shows (La Perricholi) and movies (Locos de Amor 3). She relocated to NYC in 2021 after being admitted at The American Academy of Dramatic Arts were actors like Grace Kelly, Jennifer Coolidge, Anne Hathaway, Paul Rudd, Adrien Brody, Gena Rowlands, Danny DeVito attended. During her time at AADA, she worked with many distinguished faculty included Timothy D. Stickney (Soap Opera Awards Winner for Outstanding Villain 2020) and actor and writer David Dean Bottrell (LA Film Fest Winner for Best Short Film Ensemble 2018). In 2023, Isabella graduated with a Associates Degree and a GPA above average.
SPECIAL SKILLS:
Isabella has been in the Karate team of her University in Peru, were she competed in the Kumite (fighting) category. Also, she has basic knowledge in Tae Kwon Doe. Besides Martial Arts, Isabella can ride a waveboard (2-wheel skateboard). Finally, Isabella con speak native Spanish as well as proficient English.
