BIOGRAPHY:
David F.M. Vaughn is an award-winning actor, director, composer, and writer. Most recently he appeared as Lord Farquaad in the Broadway National Tour of Shrek the Musical, for which he won the Denver Post Ovation Award. David’s on-stage credits include Broadway, off Broadway, National and European tours, and regional theatres across the country. He’s tap danced with Tommy Tune, belted with Sutton Foster, warbled with Sheena Easton, and Shuffled Off to Buffalo with Gregory Hines. In addition, he is the composer of the award-winning musical Extraordinary, and is currently developing a new TV series. David has also taught professionally at the Broadway Theatre Project (headed by Ann Reinking), Broadway Classroom, Camp Broadway, Music Dance Theatre, and Master classes at various colleges and universities throughout the country.
