BIOGRAPHY:
CRYSTAL MCGEE - was born in Fort Dix, NJ, and has been singing since the tender age of 4. As Crystal grew, her passion for music drove her to explore and embrace a variety of music genres, including Jazz and R&B, although Gospel music is her first love. Her versatile soprano voice transcends four octaves and she has been compared to Gospel greats such as Karen Clark-Sheard. Crystal has performed before many Gospel recording artists Crystal’s powerful soprano has allowed her to travel as far as Italy and back singing background for Tonéx, J.J. Hairston, APMD and also demonstrating her
vocal skills in the plays ‘Looking for Love in All the Wrong Places’, ‘You Can Run but You Can’t Hide’, and presently Sistah, Sistah Oh My Sistah. She is a highly sought after soloist and actress. Whenever Crystal sings she creates an atmosphere that both beckons and ushers in the presence of the Lord. Her favorite scripture is Philippians 4:13 “I can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens me.”
