BIOGRAPHY:
Aimee Thrasher has appeared in the AlphaNYC productions The Gayest Christmas Pageant Ever, Little Women, The Importance of Being Earnest, A Midsummer Night’s Dream and I Hate Shakespeare.. She participated in the 2015 NYC Fringe Festival in Woyzeck and has appeared off-off-Broadway in the original production Survival Skills at the 13th Street Rep. Off Broadway: MacBeth (Witch #1} with the Shakespeare OP Players at ATA. Some of her favorite regional roles include A Streetcar Named Desire (Stella), The Real Inspector Hound (Cynthia Muldoon), A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum (Domina), The Secret Life of Walter Mitty (Mrs. Mitty), Vanities (Mary) and The Wizard of Oz (Wicked Witch of the West). EDUCATION / TRAINING:
She trained at HB Studios with Herbert Berghof and others; and studied theater and voice at Marywod College in Scranton, PA
She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from CCNY
