BIOGRAPHY:
Daxton Bloomquist is a New York–based actor and creator whose work spans Broadway, television, and national commercial campaigns. He spent six years performing in The Book of Mormon on Broadway, where he also toured nationally as Elder McKinley. His stage career includes leading and featured roles at major regional theaters nationwide, with credits such as Bob Gaudio in Jersey Boys (Pioneer Theatre Company, Phoenix Theatre Company), Miss Saigon, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, and The Producers. On screen, Daxton’s work includes a recurring role as Danny in Hulu’s Welcome to Chippendales, as well as appearances in 1923 (Paramount+), Physical (Apple TV+), Blindspotting (STARZ), Finding Mr. Christmas (Hallmark), and national campaigns for Dunkin’ and Experian. Beyond his acting career, Daxton is the co-host and producer of the podcast Blondies Out Loud and is currently developing two original theatre projects as both writer and creator. Trained in acting, voice, and dance, he is known for bringing personality, versatility, and charisma to every project, whether in musical theatre, comedy, or drama. When he’s not on set or onstage, you can usually find him with his beloved standard poodle, Charlie-Ann. Daxton continues to pursue his work with determination and heart, even while recently navigating life with legal blindness in one eye, a testament to his resilience and passion for storytelling.
