BIOGRAPHY:
Lizzy Booth is a New York and Connecticut based actor, director, producer, and Shakespeare lover. She is a graduate of the Stella Adler Studio of Acting’s Professional Conservatory and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English in the Humanities and Philosophy. Lizzy is the Executive Producer of the Masquerade Theatre, as well as a member of the board of directors at the Sherman Playhouse in Sherman CT, and at the core of her work is a deep devotion to exploring the complexities of human nature through art, as she believes that theater, in all its forms, is a powerful tool for fostering empathy, personal growth, and community. Lizzy most recently played Lydia Bennet in PAC’s Pride and Prejudice: Meanwhile at Longbourn and Lady Macduff in Kulturkanonen’s production of Macbeth. Some of her other recent credits include: Beatrice in Much Ado About Nothing (Court Square Theatre), Friar Laurence in Romeo and Juliet (Vino Theater), and Laura in Significant Other (Stella Adler Studio).
