BIOGRAPHY:
Therese McGinn‘s theatre roles include Tracy ‘Eleanor’ Jones in Tracy Jones, ArtHouse Productions; wicked Kiswahili-speaking owners of enslaved people in serial versions of ‘Maafa,’ Incarn Productions; French and Irish characters in several Tony Barone productions; and British aristocrats and others in AlphaNYC’s on-stage and online plays. Films and commercial work include Mrs Claus in Macy*s online Santaland; an Irish immigrant in ‘Claddagh;’ the mother in ‘Buzzkill;’ and an alien in the multiple-award winning ‘Tes Yeux Mourrants.' She also worked in community theatre in West Africa during her career as a public health researcher. Therese studied theatre at Cornell University, HB Studio, The Acting Studio, Irish Arts Centre, NYU and T Schreiber and is an amateur tap dancer.
