BIOGRAPHY:
Phil, a 37 year veteran NJ classroom teacher, came to community theater a bit later in life, but has greatly enjoyed working with several companies and many fine and talented actors and crew members, many of whom are appearing here, this evening. He also has had the privilege of being one of the founding members of North Star Theater Company. Having first stepped onto the stage as Mr. Martini in “It’s a Wonderful Life”, his favorite roles have included the Stage Manager in “Our Town”, Juror 8 in “Twelve Angry Jurors”, Peter in “Jesus Christ Superstar”, Cogsworth in “Beauty and the Beast”, Judge Randolph in “A Few Good Men”, Willy Wonka in “Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory”, Bob Cratchit in “A Christmas Carol” and King Arthur in “Camelot”. Now as Dr. William Watson and Mr. Miller, Phil is honored to be part of bringing “Mile 59” to life… the original work of his dear friend and fellow North Star co-founder, Allison Ognibene. “I’m so proud of you, kid!” Enjoy the moment, everyone!
