BIOGRAPHY:
Brandi Nicole McLeain is an actor, wordsmith, and director based in NYC. CT born,
Baltimore bred and Dallas fed, everything Brandi creates is born of a love and reverence for
storytelling. Brandi currently holds a BFA in Theater Studies (acting, playwriting, directing)
from Southern Methodist University. Brandi made her Off-Broadway directing debut with a
solo-performance by Roderick Woodruff entitled “A Boy’s Room,” which premiered in
ARSNOVA’s AntFest. Brandi made a Guest Star appearance in the award-winning web-series
Fortheboys, created by Ellis C. Dawson and Mekhai Lee. Brandi recently made her NYC acting
debut at the Lincoln Center with new play, “Dee & Di’s Beauty Shop,” by Bailey James.
