BIOGRAPHY:
Rashaan comes to us from NY, NY where he has done numerous plays. He went to Marymount Manhattan College where he studied acting and got his BFA in acting. From there, he did the play "You Shouldn't Have told" which went from The American Theatre Of Actors to then that of Playwrights Horizons and which ran for over a year.
Among his other works as an actor is in the play “Death Of A Barber” directed by Les Ford of Nia Productions. Not to mention, Rashaan performed his one man show, “Black Lives Matter” which was performed at The Producers Club and was directed by Mel Williams of Theatre For A New Generation. Recently, Mr. Willerforde did the play A Neighborly Presence, written by Karen Brown and which he played the role of Samuel. This was done over the radio for NUNURADIO.COM and directed by Frederic Michaels.
Mr. Willerforde is also an avid writer and has 3 books he has written such as “The Female Mac”. “Campus Of Blood” and “Campus Of Blood 2.” The latter 2 of which is in the horror category. Rashaan is also a producer of film and a playwright. As always, Mr. Willerforde dedicates his performance to his family and God.
