BIOGRAPHY:
MJ Hughes is thrilled to be joining the Two Pink Lines cast! Credits: *Billboard On Board* Dueling Pianist and Performer for Holland America Cruise Line. BM: WKU. Thanks to the team and to my friends and family for their unwavering support. MJ says: "This show was immediately interesting to me as a woman from a very red, southern state with limited female reproductive rights politically speaking. I knew I was child free from a very young age and I knew I would face difficulty in my state fi I continued to live there. I was shamed for obtaining birth control from physicians in the area so I knew obtaining female sterilization would be difficult or impossible. My character in Two Pink Lines essentially faces the same exact plight. I ran to audition, in the hopes of telling these stories and in the desperate hope that people will listen."
