BIOGRAPHY:
Daryn Russell (they/she) is a theater artist from Lexington, Kentucky. At age 10, they witnessed a particularly macabre production of Sweeney Todd and somehow fell head-over-heels in love with theater. As a performer, Daryn has trained in mime, improv, clown, stage combat, and acrobatics. On the technical side of things, Daryn has experience in props design, stage management, directing, lighting design, sound design, and carpentry. Recent credits include: Chamber, I Forgot to Tell You, Life is a Dream, Layover (Eugene O'Neill Theater Center); Lemons Lemons Lemons Lemons Lemons, New Horizons, This is Our Youth, The Tempest, Last Train to Nibroc (Cypress Productions). They are honored to be designing props for Aly Tu's "The Clubroom".
