BIOGRAPHY:
Regan Lavin recently graduated from Stanford with a Bachelors of Arts in American Studies and a minor in Theater and Performance Studies. While there, she was Executive Producer of Ram’s Head Theatrical Society, leading a Board of Directors in overseeing the creation, rehearsal, and marketing of four productions—including two original works—and managing a budget of $300,000. They were also president of Stanford Students in Entertainment, connecting students with alumni in Hollywood (executive producer Jeffrey Silver, showrunner Amy Aniobi, and manager Aleen Keshishian).
Genre-wise, Regan is interested in dark comedies and social issue works—such as Midsommar, Promising Young Woman, and Queen’s Gambit—and exploring the roles of gender and sexuality in film. Artists whose work she loves include Issa Rae, Emerald Fennell, and Greta Gerwig.
